GIRLS GONE ACTIVE is partnering with innovative boutique fitness studio, TREADgruv, for National Walk Day and Global Holistic Wealth Day!

National Walk Day is celebrated annually on the first Wednesday in April, and encourages people to move more throughout their day. Communities across the country are invited to take a walk – whenever, wherever it suits them – and raise awareness of the benefits of movement.

Global Holistic Wealth Day is celebrated annually on April 9th to promote holistic wealth principles and practices worldwide. This day is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of integrating financial, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being to achieve true wealth and prosperity... the main pillars of GIRLS GONE ACTIVE!

TREADgruv was the perfect partner to help GIRLS GONE ACTIVE honor both days!  What has been dubbed by social media as ‘The Disneyland Of Fitness' from its hundreds of excited members, TREADgruv is the first immersive treadmill experience that merges the entertainment industry with the fitness industry for the very first time.  Join us as we guide everyone into a TREADgruv and GIRLS GONE ACTIVE experience, utilizing the traditional treadmill and transporting participants into the middle of a fully produced music festival, show performance, and community building experience. 

This event is free, open to the public, and for Women only.  All fitness levels welcome.
