About this Event

GIRLS GONE ACTIVE and Ameriprise Financial is honoring Women's History Month with a Women in Wealth Workshop.

Financial literacy is the ability to understand financial concepts and make informed decisions about your finances..

The power of financial literacy for women is that it:

  • empowers them to make informed decisions about their finances
  • helps them create sustainable budgets
  • allows for better money management
  • can help them feel more confident about themselves and their worth, enhancing their pay negotiation skills
  • will assist them achieving their financial goals

Studies have shown that women are often less financially literate than men. This puts us at a huge disadvantage when it comes to managing our finances and securing our financial future.

How can women gain the skills and knowledge they need to manage their finances effectively? How do they make informed decisions about their financial future, and achieve their financial goals? During Making Money Moves: Women in Wealth Workshop Ameriprise Financial will start the conversation, answer questions, and help all of us GIRLS reach financial heights.

Isabella Marvelli is a Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial. She specializes in Comprehensive Financial Planning with an expertise in Women's Financial Strategies and Wealth Preservation. She is a partner with Gabler, Nino & Associates, which is a 2023 and 2024 Forbes ranked Best-in-State Wealth Management Team.

This is a complimentary, private event for GIRLS GONE ACTIVE subscribers. Selected attendees will have a night of financial education, hors d'oeuvres, drinks, networking, and sisterhood.  Professional dresscode required. Women only.
